LAX sees busy day of travel on weekend after Thanksgiving

It was not as busy as last year, but the weekend after this Thanksgiving Day brought crowds larger than in recent weeks to the Los Angeles International Airport.

That’s despite warnings from health officials to avoid holiday travel as COVID-19 cases spike.
